  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $70 USD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days
  • During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

If any information is incorrect or incomplete, this may result in delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Split Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


11. Expedited Shipping Requests

If you require your order by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates.


12. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
